​Ideas for Energy Drain Chores
​

​This is a list parents can use when they need some ideas to implement an "Energy Drain".  
The idea is to have them do a chore that is one  of YOUR chores
so that they can replenish the energy ​they have drained
​from you due to making poor choices.

·         Vacuum
·         Dust the house
·         Sweep the floor, the driveway
·         Pick up leaves
·         Trim bushes
·         Pull weeds
·         Dead-head flowers
·         Harvest veggies from garden
·         Mow the lawn
·         Wash clothes
·         Sort or fold laundry and/or socks
·         Cook dinner
